SYNCHRONISTIC HISTORY

SYNCHRONISTIC HISTORY
This designates a chronicle work from the Neo-Assyrian period, written around 800 B.C. during the reign of Adad-nirari III. It concerns events after the destruction of Babylon by Sennacherib and lists Assyrian and Babylonian relations in two columns so that synchronicities become apparent.
